		<description>Hey yall... Im gonna haveto miss todays challenge video.  Sorry, I hurt my knee and it needs a little break today.  The plan was 50 burpees!!  I dont need to be doing that much jumping on a tight knee today.  I promise Ill get it done next week.  I will see you tomorrow for a kettlebell workout.  Dont fret, you can still do these 50 burpees!! ;)  Down, out, pushup, up, jump for time.  As fast as you can, but I hope youll do them with proper form.  Good luck.  See you tomorrow</description>

		<description>You should be doing 30-60 minutes of activity everyday. The more you do the better you will get.  Doing these videos once and going on with your day is going to be enough to get some people started and too much for others. I want everyone to take the challenge videos as exactly that, a challenge.  Most of the videos in the beginner, intermediate and advanced sections cover full body and gone through once, twice or three times will be a great workout. It&#039;s up to you to push yourself and decide how many times through is a workout for you. I hope that helps. Let me know if I can help further. </description>
